Everything was worth the price, luxurious hotel, the location was good really close to sunny beach or Victoria palace, the Bulgarian seaside and the sea. My double room and bed were comfy. And there was a great 

Came here for 3 days, the hotel was beautifuly designed, it had stunning location just next door to beach and shops. The staff was very very helpful and responsive to requests. I stayed in the room that was carpet which had not

During my recent stay at a hotel in Sunny Beach, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean bedrooms. The location was also excellent, allowing easy access to the beach. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I am overall satisfied with my experience.

The bathtub does not have a partition for showering and the drain was not closed. The breakfast buffet was permanently not sufficiently replenished. The coffee machines and juice dispensers were mostly defective. Due to the breakfast time being limited to 10:00 a.m., there is a considerable increase in guests from 9:00 a.m. onwards and long waiting times.

Food was amazing, staff was best. There were huge and big rooms with soap as well as 2 single beds pushed together.

Hotel in catastrophic condition, urgently needs to be completely renovated. Service also zero.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its close proximity to the beach. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the reception manager who accommodated our special request for a lower-level
